Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To comply with Google policies and ensure full transparency, please review the following terms carefully.

Return Eligibility

Accepted Returns Must:

• Be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened consumables (e.g., essential oils, perfumes).

• Custom or personalized products.

• Sale items, gift cards, or final clearance products. Pre-Loved products are returnable (see below).

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@aromify.com and include:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 2 (orders delivered within the United States): If your return is approved, ship the items to our official return address:

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the United States, contact customerservice@aromify.com to start a return and we will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Do not ship anything back before you have those instructions.

If you live in the European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in addition to our 30-day policy.

Import duties and taxes are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them from the customs authority in your country. Exchanges are processed as a new order and will incur duties and taxes again.

Important Notes:

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Customs Forms: Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid import taxes (if applicable).

• Tracking Required: Use a tracked shipping method. Untracked returns will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  

Refund Process

• Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing.

• Denied Returns: Items failing to meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer:

• A priority replacement (if available), or

• A full refund (if a replacement is unavailable)

Pre-orders

Some products can be bought as a pre-order while we wait for new stock. A pre-order is charged in full at checkout and shows "Pre-order: Ships by [date]" on the product page, in your cart and at checkout. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships: email customerservice@aromify.com with your order number. If we cannot ship by the date shown, we will email you the new date and you can keep the order or cancel it for a full refund. Once a pre-order ships, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Pre-Loved (refurbished) products

Pre-Loved products are returned or previously used units that are clearly labelled "Pre-Loved" and may show light signs of use. Pre-Loved products are covered by the same 30-day return policy as new products and by the Aromify Limited Warranty for Pre-Loved diffusers (see our Warranty page). They are not sale or clearance items.

Subscription terms

Monthly subscriptions renew every month and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date from your subscription portal.

Prepaid subscriptions (3-month and 12-month plans) are billed upfront for the full period. Cancelling a prepaid plan turns off future renewals; all deliveries included in the period you already paid for will still ship on schedule. Prepaid periods are non-refundable.

You can pause your subscription, skip a delivery, swap scents, or change bottle size at any time from your subscription portal — your subscriber discount always stays. Questions? Email customerservice@aromify.com.
