Aromify is an independent fragrance brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any hotel, designer, or fragrance brand referenced anywhere on this site.

What “inspired by” means

Our fragrances are original formulations created by Aromify. They are not the branded products themselves, they are not manufactured, licensed, or authorized by the brands we reference, and we do not present them as exact copies, duplicates, or replicas of any other fragrance.

When we name a hotel, a designer house, or a fragrance, we do so for one reason only: to describe the character of a scent so that you know roughly what to expect before you buy. A name like “inspired by” is a comparison, not a claim of origin.

Aromify fragrances compete with designer brands but are not the fragrances of designer brands. Aromify does not allege its fragrances to be exact copies of designer brands. The identification of a designer brand is done solely for comparison purposes, to give customers an indication of the character of a particular fragrance, and is permitted by the Federal Trade Commission’s statement of policy regarding comparative advertising.

Trademarks

All brand names, product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative and descriptive. No sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation is claimed or implied, and none exists.

This applies equally to hotel and hospitality brands, designer and fragrance houses, and any other third-party name that appears in a product title, product description, article, or marketing material on aromify.com.

Our products

Every Aromify fragrance oil is blended by us for use in waterless cold-air diffusers. Ingredients, concentration, and performance are ours, and they will differ from any fragrance we reference. Scent is subjective, and a fragrance inspired by a profile you love will not smell identical to it.
