Returns & Refunds

We offer a 45-day return policy from the date of delivery. To comply with Google policies and ensure full transparency, please review the following terms carefully.

Return Eligibility

Accepted Returns Must:

  • Be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened consumables (e.g., essential oils, perfumes).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Sale items, gift cards, or final clearance products.

 


 

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@aromify.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 2: If your return is approved, ship the items to our official return address:

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Customs Forms: Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid import taxes (if applicable).

  • Tracking Required: Use a tracked shipping method. Untracked returns will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing.

  • Denied Returns: Items failing to meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer at their own expense.


Damaged or Wrong Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer:

  • priority replacement (if available), or

  • full refund (if a replacement is unavailable)
