Aromify Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is given by Jad Product Sales LLC ("Aromify") to the original purchaser of an Aromify diffuser bought from aromify.com or an authorised Aromify retailer.

What is covered and for how long

• New diffusers: 1 year from the date of delivery.
• Pre-Loved (refurbished) diffusers: 2 years from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period Aromify warrants that the diffuser will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household or office use.

What is not covered

• Fragrance oils and other consumables (our 30-day return policy applies to unopened items).
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, liquids other than Aromify fragrance oils, power surges, or use contrary to the instructions.
• Unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly.
• Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic wear on Pre-Loved units that was disclosed at the time of sale.
• Loss, theft, or units bought from anyone other than Aromify or an authorised Aromify retailer.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, Aromify will, at its option, repair the unit, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent unit (a Pre-Loved unit may be replaced with a Pre-Loved unit), or, if neither is available, refund the purchase price. Replacement units are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to make a claim

1. Email customerservice@aromify.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a short video or photos.
2. We will reply with next steps, usually within 2 business days. For claims within the United States we provide a prepaid return label when a return is needed.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. It does not limit any statutory warranty or guarantee of conformity that applies to you, including for consumers in the European Economic Area. To the extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the only express warranty for Aromify diffusers, and Aromify is not liable for incidental or consequential damages; some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
