Pre-Loved by Aromify

Pre-Loved by Aromify is our certified refurbished range: diffusers that were returned to us or previously used, then inspected, cleaned and tested, offered at a lower price and with a longer warranty than new units.

What Pre-Loved means

• Refurbished, not new. Pre-Loved units have been returned or previously used. They are not new products.
• Inspected, cleaned and tested. Every unit is inspected, cleaned and tested before it is listed.
• Condition. Pre-Loved units may show light signs of use, such as small marks or scuffs. Packaging may differ from new retail packaging.
• What is in the box. Each listing states what is included (for example, oils). If it is not listed, it is not included.
• Clearly labelled. Pre-Loved products are labelled "Pre-Loved" in the product title and on the product page, so you always know what you are buying.

2-year Aromify Limited Warranty

Pre-Loved diffusers carry a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. New diffusers carry 1 year. Full terms are on our Warranty page.

Returns

Pre-Loved products are covered by our standard 30-day return policy. They are not sale or clearance items.

The crossed-out price shown next to a Pre-Loved product is the price of the same product new on aromify.com, so you can see what you save.
